Digital product design. It is a bank product recommender for self-employed and SMEs. It started as a research project and ended up going into production as a product.
From the initial briefing and the client's objectives, we developed a hypothesis based on qualitative and quantitative data, as well as research and benchmarking of similar existing solutions.
Once I understood exactly what the client expected, I designed an initial prototype on which to test with users and see if our assumptions were met or not, iterating the product through the conclusions drawn from the users.
